We will launch at Cedar Point Boat Ramp.  The low tide is at 2:15 PM.  The best fishing is going to be 2 to 3 hours before the low tide and 2 hours of the incoming tide.  If you fish the incoming tide that will put you on the water close to dark so I would concentrate on fishing starting…
