They say that fly fisherman are the most learned of the sporting-set. If you find yourself lacking in this area and in need of a literary infusion then check out this interview of Jim Harrison, followed by videos of him reading his poetry.

For those of you who are not familar with Harrison, he is an author, poet, fly fishernam, birder and gourmand. He wrote Lengends of the Fall, Wolf, A Good Day to Die and several other novells, novels and works of poetry. In the movie Tarpon you will see Harrison hanging out with is compatriots Thomas McGuane, Jimmy Buffett, Vaughn Cochran and Richard Brautigan.
